MAXXIS - 20" HOOKWORM

Single ply, one layer of nylon wrapped from bead to bead, a single ply tyre conforms well to the terrain and is lighter weight.
70a, long tread life and low rolling resistance.

HOOKWORM (Black/White, dual compound)

Dual Compound technology has taken the HookWorm tread pattern to the next level. Maxxis has handcrafted the outer (white) edges of the tread pattern in a soft, sticky compound for optimal cornering and vert. ramp performance. The inner (black) tread is a harder compound that rolls fast and wears long. By utilising two distinct rubber compounds, Maxxis has taken full advantage of the handling characteristics of each individual section of the tread pattern.
